Having problems with your Air Conditioners ?
I have a unit that it is blowing out cold air when have it on heat. I have had issues in the past where the heat stop working. I had the part fixed and now i have no heat again. Where i live it is 11 degrees and it not planning to get warmer no time soon.
I need some advise asap because i had a tech come out to look at it and they are stating that the gas valve is receiving the correct amount of voltage but it is not opening and suspecting a cracked heat exchanger which all this sounds famil
Check power goes to heating coil by a volt metre. I think, it's better to calla repairman to repair/replace the heating sensor or heating element.

My central heater is not blowing hot air, I am having to turn the thermostat on and off. I have the thermostat to 70, and the heater will blow hot air and then it will just circulate the air in the house, therefore bringing the temperature down. I looked at the unit and noticed that when the thermocople (heating element) goes red, the gas valve makes clicking and the flames come and then go out very fast. I noticed lots of clicking in coming from the gas valve. help please

Robert Shaw 2000 wiper gas valve quit working on a ruud, 50 ga. heater being used for floor heat. The spark looks weak. The pilot looks weak as well. All the pins are clean looking and wires appear to be attacked well. The unit was purchased in 2003, run for a couple of months before we figured out the application wouldn't work. We moved it to another location were it has worked fine for two seasons. Pilot and burner tubes are clear. Oriface in pilot tude is tough to blow through, but it is tiny

Lost power, gas from the gas valve was still flowing into the heat exchanger even tho the piiolet was not lit..... should I replace the thermo coupling or the gas valve or both

I have a 1985 Bryant central air Furnace model 395BAW048095 with a White Rogers 36E gas valve. The flue is metal and there is a fan within the furnace to create a vacume at the base of the flue pipe conection that turns on when a call for heat comes from the thermostat at startup to ignition. The spark fires but no gas is released by the valve for the pilot to lite. Hi , I have a Electronic pilot lighting system on my RUUD package unit. The pilot light flame keeps blowing out or is not working properly. I removed the panel to look and see what was wrong. I could not see any faults. The sparker worked just fine, the gas line tubing was fine no blockages( took it off to inspect it) every thing looked good. Worked fine for the last couple of weeks and now it will not ignite the pilot light to light the rest of the propane gas to heat the house. I tested the fl

Our whirlpool water heater is not heating. My husband replaced the thermocoupler and it still doesn't work. We have had it for 8-9 months. Whirlpool is sending a new gas valve. We are reading that this will continue to happen even with the new parts. Is there a universal gas valve that we could replace it with that will work or should we consider just purchasing a different hot water heater? The model number is BFG1F4034T3NOV.

I smell an odor possibly electrical but I was unsure and had the gas company come and check. The gas company serviceman states the gas connections are good, nos gas smell in any areas of the house. The unit is putting out heat at the correct temperature but the smell of a burning odor worries me. What should I check to verify an electrical problem?

My 1985 Kenmore furnace is not starting. It has a Honeywell DSI. There is a nice spark going on, but it seems no gas is coming in. (The water heater is connected to the same gas line, and it fires-up allright) Looks like the honeywell valve does not allow the gas to pass thru. Any hints?

Brivis Wombat 92 heating unit - I am having trouble getting the pilot light to stay lit. Have tried venting the gas line to get rid of oxygen and this isn't helping. Any ideas?

A 2 month old Goodman GMH95 natural gas furnace has been working properly until tonight. Now it starts up properly, but after 30 seconds (and right when the cirulator fan kicks on) it shuts the gas valve stopping the flame. LED light flashes 8 times, which is not an option on the trouble shooting guide. Unit will retry every few minutes and cycles this way over and over. It appears the control module is not receiving the gas flame detection signal. What do we need to do?
Goodman's control boards are very sensitive as well as the connections to the gas valves. Check the wires and make sure they are snug and tight. With it being only 2 months old, I doubt the board is bad or the flame sensor(unless it is a used syste ... Air Conditioners
